Neapolitan Cupcake Recipe


  • 1 Chocolate Cake Mix plus ingredients
  • 1 Strawberry Cake Mix plus ingredients
  • 1 Vanilla Cake Mix plus ingredients
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Chocolate Sprinkles
  • Fresh Strawberries
Directions:
Place cupcake liners in pan and set aside. Mix all cake mixes in seperate bowls. Spoon batter into ziploc baggies, seal closed. Grab someone to help you {trust me, it’s easier that way} Snip off a corner of the baggie, and fill liners with all 3 flavors at the same time.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Frosting:
Beat heavy whipping cream in a large bowl. You can sweetened it with a little powdered sugar and vanilla if you like. Chop strawberries finely and fold into whipping cream.
Place whipping cream in decorator bag fitted with a giant round tip. Pipe on frosting,  add some chocolate sprinkles and a fresh strawberry for garnish
